Vermicelli recipe

Vermicelli are like noodles but a healthier one :). These can be made either sweet or salty. In this recipe I will be making it as a Veg pulao or you can call it Veg Upma too. This is one of the quick breakfast recipes. It is very easy to make and tastes great.

Vermicelli ingredients

  • Vermicelli – 250 gms
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Curry Leaves – 5-6
  • Onions – 1 medium sized
  • Carrots – 1 fine chopped
  • French beans – 8-10
  • Capsicum – 1 fine chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper powder – 1/4th tbsp
