Easy Vegetarian Sandwiches

Grilled Sandwich is my favorite breakfast. Its easy plus healthy. We make this sandwich once a week for sure. The goodness of vegetables make it scrumptious. I will be using raw vegetables in sandwich. Capsicum which can be used raw are the one with four bumps at the bottom. There are 2 types of capsicums, one with 3 bumps and one with 4 bumps. Capsicum with 4 are sweet and juicy in taste and can be consumed raw and the one with 3 bumps can be used for cooking.

Cook Time : 3 – 5 minutes

Ingredients required to make Veg Grilled Sandwich

  • Green capsicum – 1 small
  • Red Bell pepper – 1/2 small
  • Yellow bell pepper – 1/2 small
  • Sprin Onion – 1
  • Green Chilli – 1
  • Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper – 1/2 tbsp
  • Boiled Spinach – 3 tbsp
  • Cottage Cheese pieces – 3
  • Bread Slices – 6
