How to make Swiss Roll cake at home – No bake version

Swiss roll cakes are generally the baked ones. But in this recipe i will be making no bake swiss rolls which are really easy to make that too with the ingredients readily available at home Easy dessert to make and fastest to eat :).

Ingredients required to make Swiss roll are:

For outer layer

  • Marie biscuits (you can use any tea biscuits) – 1 packet (150 gms)
  • Coffee powder – ½ tbsp
  • Chocolate syrup –  2 tbsp
  • Unsalted butter – 1 tbsp
  • Water (to knead dough)
  • Powdered sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Water – very little just to bind

For inner stuffing

  • Milk – ¼ bowl i.e. around 2 tbsp just to bind the dry ingredients
  • Powdered sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Grated coconut –  5 tbsp
