Sesame Munchies

Sesame consumption during winters is good. My heart is always open to snacks 🙂 I love making new things. This snack came out as a result of my search inside refrigerator. Just gathered the ingredients and made this snack. Everybody in my family loved it.

It’s a good snack for diabetics. Main ingredient is gram flour, fresh fenugreek leaves and of course sesame.

Cuisine : Indian

Mentioned quantity will make – 8 pieces

Preparation time : 12-15 minutes

Cook time : 5 minutes

Total time : 18-20 minutes

Ingredients required to make Sesame Munchies

  • Gram Flour (Besan) – 1/2 cup
  • Fresh Fenugreek leaves –  1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Brown Sugar – 1/4 tbsp
  • Plain Curd – 1 tbsp (yogurt)
  • Sesame seeds – 3-4 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
