Broccoli Manchurian

This recipe is similar to chilli gobhi, gobho 65 or dry chilli cauliflower. I have given it a twist by replacing cauliflower with Broccoli. So this dish is totally new to our taste buds. This dish pairs really well with fried rice, noodles. It can also be consumed alone as a appetizer. So enjoy this manchurian made out of Broccoli. After all winter weekends are meant to be sinful.

Ingredients to make Manchurian

For marination

  • Broccoli florets – You can use cauliflower too
  • All purpose flour – 3 tbsp
  • Rice Flour – 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour – 1 tbsp
  • Baking soda – 1/4th tbsp
  • Water
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chilli powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil to deep fry

For tempering

  • Chopped garlic – 8-10 pods
  • Chopped onions – 2
  • Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Water – 1.5 bowl
  • Corn flour – 2 tbsp
  • Green Chillies – 2 chopped
  • Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp

To garnish

  • Seasoning
  • Chopped coriander
