Cauliflower / Gobi Paratha
Finally winters are here. I always crave for stuffed breads in winters. Mornings become more magical with these stuffed parathas. In my family, stuffed parathas are always welcome anytime!
In this recipe I have made cauliflower paratha. grated cauliflower is used in this recipe. the crispier outside and soft stuffing inside make it even more special.
I have given step by step photos of the whole process of making this scrumptious paratha ever. So lets begin with the ingredients
Ingredients to make Gobi Paratha
- Grated cauliflower
- Chopped Coriander
- Chopped green chillies
- Grated ginger
- dry fenugreek leaves
- Chopped onion
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder
- Garam Masala
- Coriander powder
- Carom Seeds
- Whear flour dough
- Pure Ghee / butter
Can be served with
- Green chillies
Process to make Gobhi Paratha
In a bowl, take grated cauliflower. Firstly i have taken cauliflower florets and washed each one and dried. Then grated with the help of manual grater.
Add chopped coriander leaves. this will not only give the texture but the aroma too.
Then add grated ginger. I am a big fan of ginger and can have it in any dish. You can omit this step if you want.
After ginger add fried fenugreek leaves. Fenugreek leaves has its own taste
