Palak Paneer Recipe

Palak Paneer is an important Indian main course. It is a very healthy recipe. I have used only 1 tbsp of oil while making this recipe. You will love this healthy version to palak paneer. Instead of boiling the spinach in cooker and draining all the nutrients, I have cooked it in a wok. It is little time consuming but nutrients remains within it. We call it saag paneer too because of it looks similar to sarso ka saag 🙂

Ingredients required to make Palak Paneer

  • Spinach – 2 bunches
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Garlic – 8 pods
  • Green Chillies – 2
  • Grinded Onions – 2 large sized
  • Blended Tomatoes – 3 medium sized
  • Grated Ginger – 1 inch
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Garam Masala – 1 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Paneer – 250 gms (Cottage Cheese)
