How to make Rava Dosa

Instant rava dosa is a healthy breakfast. I never want to run short of ideas for good breakfast. In my home, my family demands different breakfasts whole week. I feel awesome making it 🙂

Dosa is basically a pancake. Its batter require fermentation but in this recipe I have made it instantly with semolina (suji).

Mentioned quantity will make – 4-5 dosas

Preparation time : 10 minutes

Cooking time : 5 minutes

Total time : 15 minutes

Ingredients required to make Instant Rava Dosa

  • Semolina (suji / rava) – 1/2 cup
  • Rice flour – 1/2 cup
  • All purpose flour (maida) – 1/4th cup
  • Cumin Seeds – 1 tbsp
  • choppd Ginger – 1 inch
  • Salt to taste
  • Water – 1.5 cup
  • Chopped Onion – 1/2 cup
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
