Suji Corn Tikki Recipe

When ever we think of  tikki, first picture comes to the mind is of a potato patty dipped in oil and getting deep fried. In this recipe I will be sharing with you all a healthy tikki which is made without potatoes and without frying.

Mentioned quantity will make around 8 tikkis

Cuisine : Indian

Ingredients required to make Tikki

  • Water – 3 cups
  • Sweet Corns – 1/2 cup
  • Onion – 1 medium
  • French Beans – 8-10
  • Semolina – 1 cup (same cup have used for water)
  • Black pepper powder – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil just for brushing and greasing
