Crispy Corns Recipe

Crispy corns are delicious snack. This crispy corns recipe is just not easy but scrumptious too. Whenever we travel i prefer keeping homemade snacks instead of packed ones. Crispy corns maintains its crunch very easily for few hours. Corns are a source of starch and they grow on Maize. Maize is a kharif crop which requires rains to grow. So monsoon is the best time to grow these also the best to eat it in different forms. I will be making corns in a crispy way which is a good snack. So guys keep munching.

Ingredients for Crispy corns are

For Corns frying :

  • One can (if using canned one)
  • Corn flour – 1 tbsp
  • Rice flour – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

For Tempering

  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Ginger – 1 inch (around 1 tbsp)
  • Green chilli – 1 chopped
  • Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar – ½ tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper – ½ tbsp

To Garnish

  • Chopped coriander leaves
