Potato bread roll is a deep fried snack of Indian cuisine. In this recipe i will be making bread roll in two different ways. We at Apron mom always try to make dishes as healthy as we can. In this recipe the traditional bread rolls will be given twist of air fry and shallow fry. Cuisine : Indian

Make : 10 bread rolls

Type : Easy

Total time : 20 minutes

Ingredients required to make bread roll are

  • Boiled Potatoes – 3
  • Onions – 2 small (fine chopped)
  • Coriander – fine chopped
  • Green chilli – 1
  • Ginger – 1 inch grated
  • Red chilli Powder – 1/4th tbsp
  • Chaat Masala – 1/4th tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread slices – 10 (with edges cut)

For Air frying

  • 2-3  tbsp of oil

For Shallow frying

  • 4 tbsp of oil

Serve with

  • Any sauce of your choice
